Processing Time

Each Resolve Band is made to order in small batches in Nova Scotia, Canada. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your package through to delivery.

Customs & Import Fees (US Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on the declared value. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, small personal shipments under the de minimis threshold are not subject to duties.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it promptly. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us, as carrier scans can occasionally be early.
